We want to be sure everyone gets the most out of our free classes. To do this, we need everyone to follow certain rules if cancelling their reservation.
Your reward for following the rules? Good karma. If you need it, abide by the following:
Due to limited seating, we kindly request that you cancel your seat at least 72 hours before a scheduled class if you are no longer able to attend. This gives us the opportunity to offer your seat to another individual. You may cancel by phone (716) 276-1112 or email info@theestablishmentnys.com.
(Then again, why would you want to cancel? These classes are dynamite—and free.)
One final note: The Establishment reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. In the case of a class cancelation, you will be notified by email and phone. We will try to give as much notice as possible if we must cancel a class.
